Cortalis commitment to accessibility
Cortalis S.r.l. Società Unipersonale is committed to making its website accessible to all users, in compliance with applicable regulations and international best practices. Accessibility represents a fundamental value reflecting the institutional and patrimonial discipline of Cortalis.
Reference standards
The website is designed to comply with the following accessibility standards:
- WCAG 2.1 level AA — Web Content Accessibility Guidelines published by the W3C.
- EN 301 549 — European accessibility requirements for ICT products and services.
- European Accessibility Act — Directive 2019/882/EU, applicable from 28 June 2025.
- Italian framework — Law 9 January 2004 No. 4 and Legislative Decree 10 August 2018 No. 106, as implemented by AgID guidelines.
Compliance status
The website is currently in a state of partial compliance. Full validation of all WCAG 2.1 AA criteria will be performed through mobile and desktop Lighthouse audits, automated scanning and manual review. The final compliance statement will be published before launch.
Content not yet accessible
Some sections of the website may currently present accessibility limitations pending editorial finalisation. A detailed list of non-compliant content and the related reasons will be published before launch.

If a user encounters difficulties accessing content or functionality of the website, they are invited to report this to Cortalis through the contacts indicated below. Cortalis commits to providing a response within 30 days, in line with AgID guidelines.

Complaint procedure
In the event of an unsatisfactory response or absence of response to a report, users may submit a complaint to the digital civic ombudsman (AgID), pursuant to art. 3-quinquies of Italian Law 4/2004 introduced by Legislative Decree 106/2018. Users resident in another EU/EEA Member State may also refer to the supervisory body designated under Directive 2019/882/EU.
